About the founder: leadership grounded in experience
I help leaders and leadership teams unlock potential, navigate periods of intense change & lead with intention

I am an experienced coach and former HR executive with over 25 years' experience of leading organisational transformation, leadership development, and cultural change within complex, global companies.
My focus now is on coaching senior leaders and teams to navigate systemic complexity, lead through uncertainty, and create thriving, high-performing cultures. I also design bespoke development programmes to specifically meet your organisation’s ambitions and challenges.

My track record & global experience
My coaching is grounded in real-world leadership experience. I understand the demands leaders face because I’ve been there - navigating restructuring, delivering transformation, and shaping people strategies at scale.

Working for global companies including AstraZeneca, Rolls-Royce, Manchester Airport Group, and Sysco, I’ve built a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes through people – whether increasing engagement, retention and productivity, improving leadership capability and performance, or reshaping organisational culture to better align with business strategy.

I have worked in global roles, supporting international teams, and lived and worked in the US on international assignment, so I understand the complexities of working across countries, cultures and different legal frameworks.

My expertise & coaching approach
I specialise in coaching leaders and teams at critical moments of change - whether stepping into a new role, increasing effectiveness and impact, or leading transformation.

My approach is built on formal training and real world experience:
– I first trained in coaching over 20 years ago and I have been coaching senior leaders in complex organisational settings since then
– I am a certified systems coach (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching), which enables me to work with the relationship dynamics within your team and organisation
– I am qualified in a range of psychometric tools including Hogan, SHL, Thomas International, KFI leadership assessment and have used a range of 360 tools to support development.

My coaching is also informed by a personal commitment to continuous learning and inner work. I maintain regular mindfulness and yoga practices, alongside continuous study of Eastern philosophies, leadership, and team dynamics. I draw upon these principles, as appropriate, to help leaders and teams cultivate greater presence, resilience and perspective in the face of complexity and challenges.
My style is supportive yet challenging, combining strategic insight with a deep belief in people’s potential to lead with clarity, courage, and connection.

Horses reflect whatever you are projecting whether this is intentional or not. Rupert (the horse) helped me to understand when I was projecting calm confidence.
